It’s one of many cannabinoids present in the cannabis plant. CBD stands for Cannabidiol.

THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid whereas CBD is non-psychoactive. CBD will not get anyone “high” as it is completely separate from THC.

Full Spectrum has at least 2 cannabinoids including THC in the hemp plant. When they are all together, it’s what’s called “The Entourage” effect. Basically, this allows them to be more effective as a team rather than isolate or broad-spectrum products.

Some athletes will use a broad-spectrum as this will have minimal or no THC at all. In Full Spectrum products, the legal limit of THC is 1mg per bottle. This is far too low to feel or have any psychoactive properties to it.

Remember, when taking CBD, consistency is key.
