If you have received the wrong product, please get in contact with us and send the parcel back with the product unopened and untampered with. Please check the delivery against your receipt that is emailed to you and do not open any items until you are sure that your order is right.
If you no longer want the product, you can return the item as long as it has not been opened or tampered with. You can do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let us know your order number and why you are returning the products. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We do recommend sending this via tracked postage to ensure safe delivery and this insures the value of the items.
If you have damaged or faulty goods, please contact us and explain the issue. We will work with you to resolve this issue and get you the right solution.
Replacement or refund? You can choose whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement. If you choose a refund, this will be sent to the method you used for payment and should be with you within 7 working days. This is normally quicker but we have to say that to be safe 🙂

Items that CANNOT be returned. We CANNOT accept returns for Hemp Face Masks. Due to the nature of the product, there would be no safe way to return this product.
